The processing technology of ceramsite sand mainly includes the following steps:
1. Batching: According to different grades, several materials such as bauxite, manganese powder, recycled materials, etc. are stacked separately and transported to their respective warehouses. A speed-adjustable belt scale is set under the warehouse to realize automatic batching and measurement of materials.
2. Grinding: Generally, a drying and grinding ball mill is used, coupled with a high-efficiency powder separator to form a closed-circuit system.
3. Ball making: The ground raw meal powder is stored in the raw meal warehouse. Generally, 2 to 3 libraries are set up, and materials can be discharged individually or in combination with multiple libraries. The raw meal powder is sent into a small silo, and a spiral metering device or a speed-adjustable belt scale device is installed under the silo to measure the amount of raw meal.
4. Calcining: The material balls enter the rotary kiln with a certain slope for calcining. As the rotary kiln rotates, the material balls roll towards the kiln head. At the same time, the pulverized coal is sprayed into the kiln from the kiln head for combustion. The material balls are burned in the rotary kiln. It is calcined into ceramsite sand with high strength.
In addition, there are production processes such as mud balling process and plasticity process. The specific operation processes of these processes may vary depending on the actual situation. It is recommended to consult professionals for more detailed information. |
